At CA Fashion Shop, we stand behind the quality of our premium menswear collections. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re pleased to offer returns or exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order.
Note on Hygiene Items: For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on underwear (Boxers, Briefs) and nightwear items unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Our Return & Exchange Process
Step 1: Initiate Your Return/Exchange
To begin the process, please email our customer service team at [email protected] with the following information:
Step 2: Receive Your Return Authorization
Within 1-2 business days, our team will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with detailed return instructions. Please include this RMA number with your return package.
Step 3: Prepare Your Return
Please ensure:
- Items are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
- Original packaging is included when possible
- The RMA number is clearly visible on the outside of the package
Step 4: Ship Your Return
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining your receipt until the return is processed.

Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days
- Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution
Exchange Processing
For exchanges:
- We will ship your replacement item once the original item is received
- If the exchange item is of higher value, you will be invoiced for the difference
- If the exchange item is of lower value, we will refund the difference
- Standard shipping charges apply for exchanged items
International Returns
For customers outside Canada:
- You are responsible for any customs fees or duties associated with the return
- Please clearly mark the package as “RETURNED GOODS” to avoid additional charges
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We will arrange for a prepaid return label and expedite your replacement.
