Shipping Information

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95):
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
    • Includes tracking and insurance
  • Free Shipping (Orders over $50):
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch

International Shipping

We ship worldwide (excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia). International customers are responsible for any customs fees or import duties. These charges vary by country and are not included in your order total.

Note: During peak seasons or unforeseen circumstances, delivery times may be extended. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind the quality of our premium menswear collections. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re pleased to offer returns or exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order.

Important Hygiene Policy: For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on underwear (Boxers, Briefs) and nightwear items unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Our Return & Exchange Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Return/Exchange

Email our customer service team at [email protected] with the following information:

  • Subject: Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number]
  • Body:
    • Item(s) for return/exchange: [Product Name, Size, Color]
    • Reason for return/exchange
    • Preferred resolution: [Refund/Exchange for Size/Exchange for Product]
    • Your full name and contact information

Step 2: Receive Your Return Authorization

Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number with detailed return instructions. Include this RMA number with your return package.

Step 3: Prepare Your Return

Please ensure:

  • Items are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
  • Original packaging is included when possible
  • The RMA number is clearly visible on the outside of the package

Step 4: Ship Your Return

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining your receipt.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days
  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement

Exchange Processing

For exchanges:

  • We’ll ship your replacement once the original item is received
  • If the exchange item is of higher value, you’ll be invoiced for the difference
  • If the exchange item is of lower value, we’ll refund the difference
  • Standard shipping charges apply for exchanged items

International Returns

For customers outside Canada:

  • You are responsible for any customs fees or duties associated with the return
  • Clearly mark the package as “RETURNED GOODS” to avoid additional charges
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Damaged or Incorrect Items
